369 Jili may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
369 Jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be added or removed from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

369 Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 369 Jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 369 Jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
369 Jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 369 Jili complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
369 Jili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
